The 63 sleeping spaces are divided into a few large units (8-10 rooms) and various smaller units (2-6 rooms). The two washroom areas each have 3 shower cubicles and 6 washbasins. The kitchen contains a large cooker with oven and plate warmer, fridges, freezer and deep fryer. There are two dishwashers and a coffee machine.
The well-equipped house has 3 lounges. A large terrace with fireplace and barbecue is located on the sunny side of the house.
