Guests are given an insight into the regional refinement of fruit into high-quality brandies and balsamicos and can taste them under expert guidance.

We would be happy to put together a tasting package for you at the Haldihof. With the cooperation of Haldihof and Kühne Trinkkultur, we can offer you an attractive supporting programme for your guests

Portrait Haldihof

Located on the Hertenstein peninsula in Weggis, Haldihof is run as a certified organic Bud farm by a small team. Nestled between the Rigi and Lake Lucerne we produce our organic products with great care and without any additives and with great respect for nature our organic products. The Haldihof is a 5-hectare farm in the mountain zone. Over 500 high-stem fruit trees and many wild shrubs provide us with valuable raw materials to produce distillates, vinegars, balsamic vinegars, dried fruit and
other delicacies in various refinement processes.

Portrait Kühne Trinkkultur

For us, drinking culture means consciously and fully enjoying and sharing high-quality products with natural ingredients that are produced sustainably and fairly, and making a joint contribution to our nature, region & future. We personally promote these products, producers and their stories to hotels, restaurants, bars, private hosts and now also directly to interested connoisseurs at the Haldihof.
