The Gübelin GEM Museum opens the doors to the world of gemstones.
In this fascinating place, visitors can learn more about the creation, origin and fascination of gemstones, as well as the history, pioneering spirit and innovations of the Swiss family business founded in 1854.

The Gübelin GEM Museum tells the fascinating story of the company's origins, from the mining of gemstones to their transformation into Gübelin's unique pieces of jewellery. In addition to fascinating insights into geology and the goldsmith's craft, visitors can learn about the history of the family business. Decades after its foundation, the company is still present on Schwanenplatz in Lucerne's old town.
