Several rooms, including an integrated cinema, guide visitors through all stages of milk processing. In addition to the adventure cheese dairy, the newly designed mountain cheese dairy surprises visitors with a cheese workshop. Small groups of up to 15 people can apply the knowledge gained in the adventure cheese dairy in practice and produce cheese themselves. Under expert guidance, it is possible to make your own personal fondue, several mozzarella balls or a cheese mutschli. A spacious and light-flooded bistro also invites you to linger.
