Off-piste safety is the be-all and end-all when ski touring. In this
day course we will give you the tools you need to independently assess the conditions and react correctly in an emergency.
The following topics are covered: Correctly assessing the avalanche situation report (taking into account all important factors such as snow, weather, terrain and people), avalanche transceiver rescue in the terrain, familiarising yourself with
precautionary measures on the descent and behaviour in an emergency.
Requirements
Skiing technique: safe off-piste skiing.
Focus skis, splitboarders are very welcome.
