Immerse yourself in the magical winter landscape on an atmospheric walk along the Sattel-Hochstuckli lantern trail. The route takes you and your dog through romantically illuminated forest paths - a real experience for all the senses. A delicious aperitif awaits in between, and the highlight of the evening is a convivial fondue in a cozy atmosphere. The spectacular suspension bridge along the way provides a dose of adventure.
Meeting point: Sattel-Hochstuckli valley station
Number of participants: Min. 10 / Max. 12 people
Notes for dog owners:
- Social behavior: Dogs should get along with other dogs and people.
- Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times.
- Health: Both dog and human should be fit.
Dog equipment:
- Well-fitting harness (e.g. Y-harness or pulling harness)
- Leash, treats and water for the journey
- Dry cloth or dog coat for the restaurant stay
Tips and advice
- Paw protection: For long-haired dogs, trim the hair between the toes and rub in paw protection cream.
- Avoid eating snow: This can lead to gastrointestinal problems.
- A head for heights: The suspension bridge requires some courage! It is possible for small dogs to be carried.
Equipment for humans
- Good footwear (possibly gaiters)
- Belly belt/belt for dog sports if available
- Pull rope or bungee leash (2-3 m long)
