The Pappalappa restaurant, which has been awarded 13 Gault-Millau points, offers gourmet specialities for every occasion.
The menu is adapted four to five times a year so that seasonal and regional products can always be offered. This results in varied dishes from three categories: Traditional dishes such as meat birds or sautéed veal liver with rösti, unusual dishes such as shabu shabu, the Japanese meat fondue, as a plated dish.
