The city of Lucerne has planted around 300 different native wild plants over an area of 3,700 square metres. Various habitats have also been created to promote biodiversity. There are dry stone walls, wildflower meadows, natural hedges and much more. The aim is to show the public how they can promote biodiversity in their own gardens, on their own balconies or in their own neighbourhoods.
The biodiversity show garden is open to the public and free of charge.
