The Neubad Bistro is a bar, restaurant, coffee house, art room and stage all in one, in short: a really nice place to go.
It offers culinary delights ranging from alarm clock ringing to candle flickering. A snack in between for the quick hunger, a homemade cake with coffee, creative, healthy and down-to-earth lunch and dinner menus, an aperitif at the end of the day or hearty brunch variations on weekends. The offer is seasonal, deliberately selected, of high quality and characterised by regional producers: Organic meat from UeliHof in Ebikon, cheese from Toni Odermatt in Dallenwil, bread from Merz Lucerne Bakery, fish from Gottfried Hofer and coffee from Tacuba Lucerne. Vegan and vegetarian dishes as well as meat exclusively in organic quality are a matter of course.
