Restaurant und regional shop

The restaurant serves dishes prepared from the milk products made on the premises. The regional shop stocks milk and cheese products, Einsiedeln meat products and other local specialities.

Group tours

On a guided tour of the dairy, you can see the master cheesemakers at work, make a Bergmutschli cheese, then taste the local specialities over a glass of wine. Choose from various guided tours.
